We have been absolutely thrilled with the total security package that Trident built for my dental clinic. Everything from keys that cannot be duplicated without my knowledge, to cameras in place to ensure both patient and employee safety and our monitored alarm. It was an easy one stop shop. Trident came up with an amazing lock solution for my home. It was impossible to keep track of house keys with my teenagers and their friends. They installed a push button lock that has a 4 digit code I can change whenever I want. It took away the fear of accidentally locking a family member out of the house and eliminated the risk of just leaving the house unlocked. This lock has been tried and true and and seen over 15 Prince George winters.

I lost the keys to my truck. After calling Trident, they were able to figure out what my key number was through my VIN number. They came straight over to my house and re-programmed my truck and I was on my way. They really saved my day. Thanks!

I brought my truck by first thing this morning for a chunk of key to be taken out of my ignition and keys made. What we were hoping was a quick fix ended up being a bit more of a job but they were extremely helpful and informative and even offered to bring me back to work since it would take a bit of time to get everything fixed. An excellent experience yesterday; I ran into Trident Locksmiths yesterday morning and had a deadbolt re-keyed for $9 in 5 minutes and received wonderful, friendly service from all three guys working.
